This is besides the words that still haunt her - 'I won't forgive you this time.' And they haunt her because she believed Cihan when he says that.

Is everything that's happening Cihan's fault? Of course not. Of course it isnt.

But did the man not go out of his way to make Alya believe the Cihan she knew no longer exists?

Yes, he did.
