🇸🇪SWEDEN ISSUES FIRST SCREEN TIME GUIDELINES FOR CHILDREN

Swedish health authorities have released new guidelines advising parents to ban all screen time for 2-year-olds and limit teenagers to just 3 hours a day.

Officials warn of a "sleep crisis" among teens and recommend keeping phones and tablets out of bedrooms.

Jakob Forssmed, Sweden’s public health minister:

“For too long, smartphones and other screens have been allowed to enter every aspect of our children’s lives.”
