@RealLisG @nectar @MarriottBonvoy I'm in exactly the same boat, it's been a month for me and I'm passed to multiple different reps and they ask the same questions then pass me to another one, if I was you I'd just use the points you have, delete your account & boycott them all, that's what I'm going to do
