@AirFranceUK 23 and a half weeks ago I put a complaint in! No response !! It’s being dealt with apparently! Ridiculous we were treated appallingly and you missed our luggage on our flight which I needed for work. It doesn’t take 23.5 weeks to reply!!!

@RoyalMail please can you tell me why when I called the Royal Mail to ask when a delivery would be made you said Tuesday and it was delivered today. The reason I needed to know this as this parcel is part of an ongoing fraud case and this person now has my item.
