But the bike was at the most fault since he literally was coming right at the pedestrian. Of course the pedestrian stopped and panicked when that idiot isn’t seemingly stopping or even slowing down.

The pedestrian has the right of way, especially when they’re already half across it. Bike was at fault the most, but the car was slightly also.
