@GWRHelp Thank you for looking into this! I used the GWR site to renew, but a website glitch forced me to scroll from 1970 to 2026 month by month 😵‍💫 This led me to accidentally picking the 15th of May as end date, instead of 14th of May!

@OxfordBusCo Currently on a 7.25am X34 double decker, only 20% full. The next 2 services are single deckers, but this is when people start to take their kids to kindergarten/school. 7.40-8.40 am is absolute peak time, you need to get this timeslot right.

@OxfordBusCo Also, I have proof of numerous drivers accepting past the max number of passengers and allowing some to sit in completely unsafe areas (e.g. obstructing the doors). Makes it unsafe&extremely uncomfortable. It's time you looked into revising the schedule

@arrivatheshires Also means bus drivers deliberately refuse to pick up passengers - A Luton Airport to Dunstable 22.45 2nd of Jan 24. Bus driver saw me coming towards the bus and closed the gate in my face saying he won't pick me up. He then spent 6-7 min sat inside the bus.
