i cannot believe @bridgerton posted men for pride month instead of the lesbian leading couple. GOD, i wish nothing but the worst for this entire marketing team and every time they glance at the mirror the devil will await them to remind them of their sins.
i was actually pro rhaenicent when they hated eachother….until it started affecting their character and it felt like their personalities and values were being bent to force this storyline
Get ready because here are the themes for #HyarethWeek 2026! (August 3 - 9)
Each theme is a direct quote from the book. You may interpret it as you like, but key words, artistic prompts, puzzles, and songs are included for additional inspiration if needed!

eloise’s love interest being a nerdy academic who hates society is perfect for her! hopefully the show doesn’t force her to marry and mother his children when she doesn’t want that life! I love philoise and I hope to see the show portray them without compromising who eloise is!
i love this for franchaela but i find it interesting how it’s all about being your true self until it comes to eloise. eloise also has a similar arc but will be forced to marry a man and have children she doesn’t want
👹 brings up a great point, and I’m very hopeful that franchaela and philoise will both be great examples of how women can live how they want without compromising their values or conforming to society!
@c4tsys23 It’s interesting how you say NATLA sanitizes them, because I find they made flameo hotman worse than he is in the cartoon in a way that could negatively impact his redemption! (I do agree they sanitize the fire nation for sure though!)
let the bridgerton women be the important characters for franchaela! sophie clocking francesca's feelings. michaela lamenting over her love for fran to eloise. kate giving francesca advice & uplifting her after coming out. penelope inspiring michaela to be honest about her heart.
not to be the "too woke" person but I do find it very sinister that the hotd fandom is willing to cheer on the changes to rhaenas character when it is so clearly just misogynoir
