Loved that “Sue Bird In the Clutch” (WNBA legend documentary) shows how she had to adapt her lifting regimen as she got older in order to give her body what it needed to be ready.

And how it changed even more after injuries, but that she was always lifting in some capacity.

Changes to the Softball Camp schedule: Pitching only will be from 9:00-10:00 AM on Mon. 7/15 and there will be a skills sessions right after that for ALL campers from 10:30-12:30. On Tue. 7/16, we will have the second skills session from 10:30-12:30 for ALL campers.
