College softball is a business.
The obstruction rule has to change, it’s trash and ruining the game.
It is always the little things that bite you in the rear, like accidentally throwing the ball over the plate when intentionally walking a hitter. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@_coachrachel I really wish I had the time to perform a study on this. I am not sure the players would be honest, especially those that are leaving because of lack of playing time. An anonymous survey monkey form perhaps? 🤔

So proud of this team! As a second year 12s team last year we struggled, but went to work…and now the girls are starting to see the fruits of their labor as a first year 14U team… 1/2 our roster is 7th graders…lookout! It’s a marathon, not a sprint…

@SoftballPortal @KarenWeekly Our team (14U at the time) attended a camp at UT a couple of years back and she reiterated this to every player in attendance. As a professor, department head, career and academic advisor and more importantly, the mother of a 12 year old daughter, I could not love this more.
