Seeing “made entirely by humans” attached to something instantly makes me more interested in it these days. Apparently we’ve reached the point where knowing an actual person made the thing is becoming a selling point.
AI is widespread because it gives uncreative people the delusion that they’re creative. It lets them skip straight to the part where they get validation for doing absolutely nothing. It’s not just rotting their brains, it’s also making them narcissistic.
There should be a site where you list your wishes and needs, and wealthy people who have no clue what to do with their money can anonymously make them happen.
Animals are better than people because they don’t need you to be interesting, successful, or useful. Sometimes being safe, familiar, and kind is enough
Treat CPTSD like a brain injury and I swear half your guilt disappears. Nobody looks at a guy recovering from a head injury and says "why are you still struggling, it's been years." But you survived some shit that rewired you and you talk to yourself like you're just lazy.
