@careformywealth The addition of near infrared back into household lighting is a step the right direction. Blue is hazardous. Red and infrared are beneficial. There is still the issue of square wave flicker and perhaps spatial distribution. The only way for you to know is to try it.

@mriservice 2200K for outdoor lighting, amber. 2800K like incandescent for indoor lighting. LED lights have digital flicker which is a neurological hazard. Blue-rich LED lights can cause headaches.
