@ankushdharkar This is because of all tom dick harry influencers that promote you can just earn 70LPA right after college with just a generic MERN stack skillset and 500 leetcode problems solved. And the same influencers then sell courses of the same.

Mean fresher salary is still around 4LPA.

Dude is perfectly happy working in big 4 making 12 LPA after spending 30 lakhs in an MBA. Bet his rental income is greater than the in-hand salary he gets.

Whereas us plebs grind DSA and what not for months just to get a base > 40LPA, and do SIP for decades for our first crore.

Generational wealth is such a thing that's often hidden & unnoticed. So be extra careful when you compare yourself to others.

One of our relatives who has a lawyer father, has currently three flats, one in a tier 1 city, and two in tier 2 cities, worth over 2 crores.
