Cuomo's record in office, even outside of his big scandals, was awful. Extremely partial list:

* Closed Indian Point, which increased NYC energy costs.
* Cut $90 million a year from essential NYC public health (only NYC was targeted) because he didn't like De Blasio. We've seen a spike in tuberculosis cases since.
* Pushed huge Medicaid cuts, including $2.5 billion in 2020. $138 million of the cuts hit NYC's public hospitals.
* Worked to undermine universal pre-K.
* His top aide Joseph Percoco was convicted of bribery and corruption.
* Diverted MTA funds away from subways.
* Shortchanged NYC schools by billions through his property tax cap and resisting paying the CFE settlement.
