@thirdeyepeter@TheB1GTerp@VigilantFox What, a clear example of hundreds of scientists being convinced something exists when it didn't, publishing papers on its properties, isn't a valid example that scientists can indeed get shit wrong?
@thirdeyepeter@TheB1GTerp@VigilantFox Yes, mainly by improving sanitation standards and nutrition, another way that he is bending the truth here. He says they all ate organic trying to imply they ate well when they didn't. Scientists aren't infallible beings. Just look up N-rays and Polywater.
@TheB1GTerp@VigilantFox yep, and this is the guy saying you should trust the science, by misinterpreting statistics in order to push the agenda. It's not science people distrust, it's scientists who manipulate data that shows inconvenient truths until it starts showing the truth they want to see.

@LavahanjeXIV Ah, such a shame. But it's what I had expected the answer to be. I hope you show Yeva some love every now and then! Will surely follow and hope for that day. ^^
@LavahanjeXIV Sorry to ask here, not sure how else to contact you. Do you ever still do commissions? Always been a huge fan of your OC Yeva and I miss seeing new art with her T.T
@Bankyll@Deepvalue69420@EricLDaugh there is a difference between a technological deterrence that does not invade innocent people's privacy and one that does though. Realistically deterrence will always be needed, thats just how humans are. But there should be a balance.
@Deepvalue69420@EricLDaugh Very true, culture plays a big role. You have for instance the UK who have 68 cameras per 1000 people vs beijing's 100+ per 1000 people. And still they have a fairly high crime rate. But changing a culture to be more anti crime isnt as easy as putting more cameras.
@EdelVHresvelg at least half japanese isekai feature an office worker who has worked him or herself to death. how can they classify as a neet if they have a job.
@chef033 The difference is in magicka you weren't on the clock, you had infinite revives and even if your whole squad died you just revived at a nearby checkpoint. This makes them fundamentally different games.
