De Zerbi said himself he’d keep 11–12 players from this squad, and honestly, I don’t think Spurs need a complete rebuild either.

@Cackalackyman He said we already have 11–12 players with the right personality and quality. To me, that also suggests some players have the talent, but maybe not the mentality he wants.

He wants two strong options in every position. My guess is new GK, LB, CB, MC, winger and a striker.

10/ STRIKER

Richarlison probably sold.
Kolo Muani gone when the loan ends.
Veliz and Scarlett probably sold too.

Solanke stays. Injuries disrupted his season, and will take a big hit if we sell him now.

We need one elite striker. A real difference-maker.

9/ RIGHT WING

Kudus stays. Love him.

Yang Min-hyeok should go on loan or be sold.

But we still need another proper RW alongside Kudus.

8/ LEFT WING

Odobert stays. Injuries ruined his season, but the talent is there. Tell stays too, unless he wants more guaranteed playing time.

Moore should get a proper preseason chance, then go on loan if needed.

Solomon sold.

But we absolutely need a new top LW.

7/ ATTACKING MIDFIELD

Simons stays.

Kulusevski and Maddison both stay too. Injuries have ruined this season and realistically, it would be hard to get a decent fee.

Devine should be sold or sent out on loan again.

6/ CENTRAL MIDFIELD

Gallagher and Gray both stay. Good depth, energy, and flexibility.

Bergvall should go on loan and play every week for a full season.

Sarr is probably sold.

Bring in ONE top central midfielder. Quality over quantity here.

5/ DEFENSIVE MIDFIELD

Bentancur stays. Paulinho has to be bought permanently!

Bissouma leaves when his contract runs out.

And we still need another top-level defensive midfielder.

4/ CENTRE BACK

Van de Ven, Danso and Vušković all stay. That’s the core of the defence.

Romero probably leaves if there’s no new contract soon, feels like he wants out. If he goes, we’ll need a replacement.

Drăgușin sold.

Takai and Phillips should go on loan or be moved on.

3/ LEFT BACK

Udogie could be GREAT again under De Zerbi, if he stays fit.

Souza → loan out.
Davies → likely retires or moves on.

We need a new LB to challenge Udogie. Might be Robertson, if rumours are true.

2/ RIGHT BACK

Spence and Porro are both good enough to stay.

Porro might be tempted by a move or maybe we cash in. But I’d love to keep him. Rarely injured, always available, always gives everything. Great today!

1/ GOALKEEPERS

Vicario OUT for me. Too inconsistent, and he wants a new challenge.

Kinsky STAYS, but not as automatic #1. We still need a new starting keeper, with Kinsky competing for the spot.

@LeeMcQueen If he wants to stay another season and go for free or hopefully sign a new contract- keep him at all cost. If he is pushing for a move - sell him now and reinvest. Not good having a player who is not dedicated to the rebuild. He also deserves to go if he wants to.

Really sloppy defending / horrible positioning.

What did Mourinho/Conte teach them about defending? Thought they should improve the defensive part of play.
