Hi @airindiain what is the latest update on #AI126 from @fly2ohare to Delhi that was cancelled on Sept 12 and on Sept 13? Can you please honestly tell us? 300 passengers are stuck at @fly2ohare .

There is no official statement. As a customer we know our rights and I feel we are entitled to compensation. There is no official statement and no Air India support staff can be found @fly2ohare. Customer care is not aware of “cancellation” even.

I second this, when contacted customer care they kept on saying we have not received an update that it is being cancelled. Please learn to distinguish between “your problem and our problem”.

@airindiain when ur flight #AI126 had trouble the minimum u could have done is to update the status in ur website. Forget providing accommodation for all the affected. Do bare minimum things first. God help the one's that are impacted. Imagine being stranded for 12 hrs clueless
