One approach is tailoring therapy to each patientโs unique cancer mutational fingerprint. Our investigational individualized neoantigen therapy is the most advanced mRNA candidate in our pipeline.
This investigational mRNA therapy, mRNA-4157 (V940), is designed to train and activate anti-tumor T-cell responses by targeting a unique set of cancer-specific mutations called neoantigens, which the immune system recognizes as foreign.
