The goal is simple: make Rust and Go libraries feel like normal npm packages.

What if there's a new easy framework which is closer to java or swift and helps to make apps but in the end build in the same native swift or kotlin/java. It means you can still use kotlin or java code inside that framework even if it's in python or javascript.
