Hello @IndiaPostOffice writing this because your website is absolutely designed by teenagers and raising a complaint there is useless. I am to receive a post which says "delivered" , but is not here yet. No communication from the postman whatsoever and now am clueless. As usual

@snitchindia Tagging @jagograhakjago didn't yield in anything so as next steps I'm planning to take help of social media communities to escalate this while also seeking legal redressal. @snitchindia needs to be held accountable.
Very recently I had posted about @snitchindia and their scumbag customer support situation. Basically no way to reach or talk to a representative even if shit has gone out of hand. A return pickup hasn't been scheduled - 2 weeks running
@snitchindia Summary of things happened so far- Posted across X, IG and LinkedIn. The ORM people have continuously just written templatised nonsense in comments and DMs.

@snitchindia@snitchindia what the actual hell is going on??? Now you have conveniently replied across all social media without a single hint of resolution. Again no contact details, no contact established from the pick up partner. How low and shameless can a brand be?
Another day, another promising local business letting you down. I had ordered a pair of pants from @snitchindia . They got delivered, completely different from advertised so placed a return request which was accepted. Now it's been more than a goddamn week, no response
@gangulywork@Geekstersudip@snitchindia Having a bot for FAQs is one thing, having only a chatbot in the name of customer service is shady business practice. I'm leaving outstation in a few hours and I've no idea what to do with the return which god knows when will be completed @snitchindia
Update: The thieves at @snitchindia are AWOL again. Their DMs are as good as a chatbot programmed in a school project. The promised pickup has not yet been actioned, neither there's any notification or information about it. @jagograhakjago
@Geekstersudip@snitchindia I'm willing to explore legal redressal against Snitch. Shady business practices, lack of customer support and a bunch of thieves with zero accountability. It's one thing that we are being robbed of the service. The mental harassment on top of this is additional. This should end.
@snitchindia I'll be leaving and not be at home for the next few weeks, and the return has not even begun to be facilitated. The scamsters at @snitchindia are practically hapless. Downright the worst shopping experience out of all the brands. Trying to seek legal discourse on this.
@snitchindia Harassment continues by @snitchindia . Despite multiple lines of communication across IG, X and LinkedIn, these bunch of thieves haven't been able to provide a date or a delivery person's contact. Pathetic bunch of scamsters and nothing more.
@snitchindia@jagograhakjago kindly take note and please step in. These are dark patterns put together to avoid responsibility and deny consumers of their basic rights. It isn't about the refund, it's more about consumer rights and ethics.
@snitchindia It's almost like they'd expect the customer to sit by the edge of their sofas all day waiting for them to do their bare minimum of honouring a refund request and then constantly harass then for even placing the request.
@snitchindia Update- Harassment continues by the incompetent people from @snitchindia where they're pestering to ask for multiple images of the product. Note, all of this was provided during the return request when it placed and accepted. Order ID has also been shared. Harassment tactics
@snitchindia Have already shared this. Once on IG and once now. If this is just an Online Reputation Management nonsense and you can't resolve, I will take it up as a consumer grievance. There has to be a stop to taking consumers for granted.
