Many people toss the word "token" around today, but few actually know what it means.

The simplest way to distinguish it from a coin comes down to the underlying infrastructure.

A coin is native. It possesses its own independent blockchain, like Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network or ETH on Ethereum.

A token, on the other hand, is like building a house on someone else's foundation.

The assets you trade across most Web3 and DeFi projects today are essentially tokens operating on top of existing networks like Solana or BNB Chain, rather than standalone systems.

六月份是一个重要的节点，周末闲下来，想写点小作文回顾一下这段路。

过去的经历虽然丰富，但这一年半在 Web3 的成长尤为迅速。从一名懵懂的实习生，蜕变为能独立负责业务、并持续为行业做出贡献的正式员工，这让我感到非常踏实和幸福

作为一个从四川大山小县城走出来、原本只想躺平的普通人，现在的一切都显得有些不可思议。高中毕业时，阴差阳错选了区块链工程作为我的大学专业，当时甚至还考虑过为了高薪去当海员。那时候我连区块链是什么都不知道，但现在看来，我和我妈当时���眼光确实毒辣。

大二那年，生活的轨迹发生了巨大的改变，主要来自于异地恋的经济压力。我在四年级就认识了我对象，高二正式在一起，如今已经是第六个年头。当时她在四川读大学，为了省出见面的机票和酒店钱，我一个月两千的生活费能硬存下一千五。天天吃食堂，不吃早餐，一顿饭只花六块钱解决。

当时为了改变现状，我开始想办法赚钱。我发现纯粹的理论学习解决不了当下的困境，于是开始接程序外包

当时很早就用上了 AI 辅助写代码，就这样赚到了人生的第一桶金。但年轻人手里有了钱容易飘，为了追求复利，我接触了 Axie 等链游，结果亏得干干净净

这也不���是坏事，至少它把我真正领进了 Web3 的大门。BTW，当时学校教区块链的老师连基础概念都只会叫我们去百度，这也算是被动逼出了我极强的自学能力。

后来自己开空投工作室，带着同学，研究指纹浏览器和多开，虽然没转到什么钱。真正让我赚到钱的其实是币安的 Megadrop，前两期的 BounceBit 和 Lista 直接让我摸到了 A7 的门槛。那段时间，为了研究防女巫机制和 KYC 底层技术，我结识了很多行业里的人，把自己的执行力拉到了极限，最终也是客服了主流交易所的人脸技术

但市场是残酷的，后来 10.11 的一波回撤让我把利润又全还了回去。也是从那时起，我彻底意识到，纯粹的炒币和投机并不能长久。

在钻研技术的过程中，我结识了一些老板，拿到了一份运营的工作，这才知道原来 Web3 还可以正儿八经地“打工”建设

之后我跟着同学参加黑客松，见识到了广阔的项目方和高校生态。虽然没拿奖，但回去后我自己在东北地区承办了自己学校的链协，希望能给学弟学妹们撑把伞，打破那里的信息孤岛

在 Web3 实习的这一年半里，我干过交易所和项目方的运营、做过 BD、当过大使、做过团队统筹、甚至干过 HR 和猎头。我策划过 Campaign，也组织过 AMA，直到现在开始负责产品和市场。行业里的坑和路，我基本都蹚过了一遍，这对我的个人提升是巨大的。

特别感谢我在 Moledao 的领导 Phoebe 姐。刚加入时压力真的非常大，但咬牙坚持下来后发现一切都是值得的。我不仅自己策划了 Moledao 的实习计划，如今也从那个需要别人带的实习生，变成了带一群可爱实习生往前走的团队负责人

目前 Web3 的求职环境对新人并不友好，信息茧房严重，新人入场极其困难。如果不解决这个问题，何谈行业建设？

在这里，我必须好好感谢 @ETHPanda_Org 和 @LXDAO_Official 的老师们，他们创办的 Web3 实习计划等开源活动，为华语区注入了大量新鲜血液，（比如 @XiaoHai67890 老师、楚天影老师等等），也是 Moledao 学习和借鉴的榜样

我作为前两期的助教，以及操办过类似活动的人深知这背后的工作量有多庞大，也非常感谢前辈们为我们铺路

Moledao 的愿景，也是希望能为 Web3 的建设贡献一份力量，吸引更多新鲜血液进来建设，而不是单纯地投机

目前，我们也正朝着成为“Web3 LinkedIn”的目标，不断优化自己的产品。我很幸运能够主导 Moledao 的产品和市场，和最近加入的优秀设计师 Wenyu 老师，以及其他优秀的实习生小伙伴们并肩作战

Web3 很大，我希望所有的新人在这里都能有一席之地

我会像一姐和家印等行业前辈一样，永远保持在一线倾听用户的想法，努力把产品打磨到最好

最后，借这篇小作文正式宣布一下：其实六月初我就已经在 Moledao 正式转正啦！只是之前一直忙着打磨产品和处理毕业事宜，没来得及说
