Reasons for my support:
•The Nelfund initiative has enrolled over 1.8 million students
The Nelfund initiative has enrolled over 1.8 million students to have access to interest free loans which would only be paid back two years post NYSC or when they get employed. The best thing is that only 10% of their salaries will go into repayment every month
•The economy is getting better. Foreign reserves are increasing and allocation to state governors have increased significantly. Hope you know they shared 3 trillion this month (the highest ever in the history of Nigeria). If your state is lacking hospitals and good roads, hold your governor accountable
The federal government is doing its parts in construction sophisticated carriage highways across the country like: the Lagos to Calabar one, the Sokoto to Badagry express way, Ilesha to Ibadan express way, Calabar to Abuja Super Highway, and many more.
Local government autonomy too is there, where LGAS will get direct funding to embark on projects. All those your primary health centers, your local government can fund them in peace now.
Unlike Obi that saved all the money meant to develop Anambra in the bank, without any tangible landmark achievements to show for his 8 years in Anambra, Asiwaju is laying the foundation for a better Nigeria.
Please give me five solid things your candidate did during his tenure as a governor.
President Bola Tinubu has Osun on both sides, with the ruling party (Accord) and the main opposition (APC) both firmly within his political orbit. For President Tinubu, Osun is already in the bag. The political dynamics in the state have already pointed in one direction, the Renewed Hope and victory in 2027.
Let’s Do It Again! ♾️
I had no electoral deal or partnership with the ADC before, during, or after the governorship election.
The credit for our victory goes to God Almighty and the good people of Osun State for their overwhelming support and re-election.
For the sake of history, it is important to clarify that the ADC was never part of the rainbow coalition that canvassed, mobilised, and supported our campaign in the battle leading to last Saturday’s election.
I commend all our political partners who sacrificed, worked tirelessly, and went all out to make Saturday a victory day for all Osun people. Their commitment and support were instrumental to our success.
Now that the election is over, I remain the Governor of all Osun people, irrespective of political affiliation, religion, or tribe. My commitment is to unite our people and continue working for the progress and prosperity of Osun State.
The election has come and gone, and the people of Osun State have spoken.
I congratulate Governor Ademola Adeleke @AAdeleke_01 on his victory at the polls. I also congratulate David Adeleke @davido and the entire Adeleke family, as well as their supporters, on a hard-fought victory. Above all, I congratulate the good people of Osun State for their participation and commitment to the democratic process.
To the hundreds of thousands of Osun people who placed their confidence in our candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO)@OyebamijiBola , and our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) @OfficialAPCNg , we say a heartfelt thank you. Your votes, commitment and belief in our message are deeply appreciated.
I particularly commend Hon. James Abiodun Faleke (JAF) @honfaleke for the remarkable energy, experience and leadership he brought to the campaign in its closing weeks. He inherited a very difficult situation and, working with our party leaders, stakeholders, canvassers and volunteers across the state, helped significantly improve our position and make the contest much more competitive.
While this was not the outcome we worked and prayed for, democracy requires us to respect the decision of the electorate and, importantly, to learn from it.
For us in the APC, this result must provide an opportunity for sober reflection. We must listen more, understand where we fell short, strengthen our structures, rebuild trust where necessary and reconnect genuinely with the people.
There is important work ahead. We will reflect, restrategise and work even harder to win back the confidence of the people as we prepare for the 2027 general elections.
To AMBO, @OyebamijiBola our party leadership, Hon. Faleke @honfaleke , our stakeholders, agents, canvassers, volunteers and everyone who worked tirelessly for this cause: thank you for giving it your all.
In every contest, there are lessons. We take ours in good faith and move forward stronger, wiser and more determined.
May Allah continue to bless Osun State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Earlier today, I inspected the @OfficialAPCNg Situation Room, powered by BRAVO, as part of our final preparations for tomorrow’s Osun State Governorship Election.
I am pleased with the level of preparedness, coordination and systems that have been put in place. We are all set to effectively monitor the electoral process and safeguard every lawful vote cast for our great party.
Months of hard work have brought us to this moment. As Osun decides tomorrow, we remain confident, vigilant and prayerful.
May the process be peaceful and credible, and may the will of the people prevail.
Over the last few months, we have traversed the length and breadth of Osun State, taking the message of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) @OfficialAPCNg , and our candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) @OyebamijiBola , directly to the people.
It has been a campaign of hard work, conviction, engagement and hope.
We have visited the nooks and crannies of the state; listened and spoken to party stakeholders, traditional rulers, religious leaders, artisans and professional groups, community leaders, canvassers, women and youth groups, and countless ordinary citizens who desire a better future for Osun.
Then came the intervention of the game changer, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke (JAF) @honfaleke , under the directive and leadership of our President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR @officialABAT . His energy, experience and strategic grassroots engagements over these final two weeks have given renewed momentum to our collective efforts and helped bend the arc of this campaign towards victory.
We have done our bit. Our leaders have worked. Our party faithful have worked. Our canvassers and volunteers have worked. The people have been engaged, the message has been delivered, and the case for AMBO has been made.
Now, the ball is in the court of the good people of Osun State.
Tomorrow, Saturday, 15th August 2026, we ask Osun to come out peacefully and exercise its democratic choice.
May our efforts be crowned with success. May the election be peaceful, credible and successful, and may the will of the people prevail.
Insha Allah, we look forward to celebrating victory on Sunday.
AMBO for Governor. APC for Osun.
Victory, Insha Allah!
