“Every faithful Methodist that has lived up to, and faithfully fulfilled the requirements of his religion, according to the best light he had, doing good to all, and evil to none; injuring no person upon the earth, honoring his God as far as he knows, will have as great a heaven as he ever anticipated in the flesh, and far greater. Every Presbyterian, and every Quaker, and every Baptist, and every Roman Catholic member, every reformer of whatever class or grade, that lives according to the best light they have, and never have had an opportunity of receiving a greater light than the one in their possession, will have and enjoy all they live for.” - Brigham Young
God loves ALL His children. God is fair. God is good.
@GHHILL1911 For a pocketknife, yeah. The immigrant in the video from Belfast had a blade much smaller than 4 inches. He holds the knife up to the crowd, and you can barely see it.
A few folks have pointed out Audie Murphy holds his M1928A1 submachine gun by the forward sling. That is a slightly odd grip but from what I understand this is not a Hollywood gimmick but rather how he actually fired a Thompson in WW2.
It helps reduce muzzle climb and it mimics the forward grip which was prevalent on older models of the "Chicago Typewriter" Tommy guns.
Murphy was not the only soldier-turned-actor to do this.
In Battleground (1949) James Whitmore plays a 101st paratrooper in the Battle of the Bulge. In the screenshot he too holds his Thompson by the forward sling albeit from a southpaw position.
Whitmore was a Marine 2nd Lieutenant at Saipan where he presumably learned this trick.
White people do this thing where they show very little anger right up to the breaking point then they break and begin to absolutely freak the fuck out. WW2, Crusades, etc. Leading up to a fist fight, White men get quieter. Opposite of other races who get louder as they get closer to violence. You’re beginning to see White people freak out you just don’t know it yet.
@EndWokeness "Ok boys listen up. If you murder people, you will go to prison, not to mention cause incredible anguish and chaos in the world. Don't bait someone into a confrontation and then stab them in the heart."
Whenever I see news reports about migrant crime in Western Europe, it makes me wonder:
Aren't people living there like rabbits living in a bear's den?
They seem to be huddling in a corner, waiting for their turn to be attacked by teeth and claws. And if they resist even a little, they are attacked by wolves called the police.
How did things end up this way in societies that have elections and claim to value freedom?
From the outside, it almost looks as if ordinary white citizens have become second-class citizens.
Were elections really held?
Were they conducted properly?
From a Japanese perspective, it feels strange—strange beyond words. The more we look at it, the harder it is to understand.
@japan_nobunaga It looks strange to me as well. The attacker in Belfast wasn't using a machete or sword. It looked like a small pocket knife of some kind. I don't understand why they don't for stronger immigration laws, or legalized concealed carry.
@realDrTT - And as for myself, I felt the Holy Spirit while reading the Bible, and while reading the Book of Mormon. And I have known people who didn't grow up Mormon, who have had similar experiences.
@realDrTT The Savior said He would send the Holy Spirit to teach us all things. As you read God's word, the Holy Spirit can confirm truths to you. This is how Peter was able to know that Jesus is the Christ. If the Book of Mormon teaches truths about God, the Holy Spirit can let you know.-
@GHHILL1911 Before learning IT I didn't understand the hype of the design of this computer. Having done some computer work, including switching put memory modules, this is pretty awesome.
