Arteta is an elite manager sha. Top class.

The perception of a manager's quality being tied ONLY to winning trophies may be unfair to them. And as a fan, I also can't sympathise too much. I want the bragging rights of my club winning the trophies so I will also get critical when the manager fails to win them.

But we can also be objective. There's no real football stakeholder in the world who will look at the work Arteta has done at Arsenal, especially given his prior experience, and say he's a bad manager.

He's six years into his first job as a manager and he's turned the club around completely from where he met it.

I may join you guys to banter him from time to time. But let it never get confused.
