On 5/10/21, DNO,#Boudh had visited the #farmpond of Sri Digambar Bagh, village- Koilisuta, Block- Harbhanga. Sri Bagh has taken up Arhar cultivation as the farmpond+ activity. The Arhar kit was provided by the #Agriculture Directorate under #convergence mode.

On Dt 05.10.2021, Sri Asit Kumar Tripathy, Advisor to Hon'ble CM & Chairman of #WODC visited a farmpond dug under PMKSY at Tangarpali, #Sundargarh.

Under #Farmpond plus in #convergence with #Horticulture Department, Kharif potato was given to 24 beneficiaries in Kashipur block of #Rayagada District. Now the harvesting is going on.

A Checkdam constructed under OMBADC with an estimated cost of Rs 24 lakhs at Jodibaru, Dist- #Mayurbhanj provides life saving irrigation to an Ayacut of 10 Ha.

Recently on Dt 18.9.21 during tour to Koraput district, Sri Bishnupada Sethi, IAS, Principal Secretary to Govt. Deptt. of Revenue & Disaster Management, I&PR, Odisha cum DNO visited the farm pond of Basana Gamel of Janiguda village, GP- Kotiya and interacted with the beneficiary.

Check Dam constructed under RKVY during 2017 – 18 in Nabarangpur District, Kosagumuda Block, Runiguda Village, Bajragada MWS, with an expenditure of Rs. 15 Lakhs, provides irrigation to 14 Ha. for 16 farmers.
