I am sympathetic to the fact that Ariana Grande suffered an incredible amount of trauma from losing Mac and the terrorist attack in Manchester.
However, this tendency of hers to play the abused victim whenever the public expresses concern (over her emaciated body) or dismay (the Ethan Slater affair) is incredibly toxic. Her fans genuinely believe she’s been chased away by mean body shamers when she likely is going to get treatment.
Insane to me that this all started bc he didn’t wanna work with an artist anymore after finding out he drew rape porn and then you all sided with the rape guy for some reason
