Active monsoon phase to kick-start tomorrow especially for North #Andhra, #Telangana, #Maharashtra and West Coast.
An upper cyclonic circulation along with associated trough will form tomorrow as in fig1 and this can dump huge rainfall over the areas as in fig2 during nxt 5 days.
