Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi deliberately spoke a falsehood about my visit to the US in December 2024.

I went to meet the Secretary of State and NSA of the Biden Administration. Also to chair a gathering of our Consuls General. During my stay, the incoming NSA-designate met with me.

At no stage was an invitation in respect of the PM discussed. It is common knowledge that our PM does not attend such events. In fact, India is generally represented by Special Envoys.

I have read the Hindenburg Report released today.

You should too - to fully understand how foreign-funded propaganda works.

As a Criminal Lawyer two things are crystal clear to me:

First, there is no evidence anywhere in the Report to back the claim that the SEBI Chairperson took any bribes. Routine investment instruments have been sensationalised in the Report to create an impression of ill-gotten and opaque wealth.

Second, the Report tries to spin the illusion that the mere existence of an offshore entity implies that some criminal activity has taken place. Without any evidence linking a decision or favour to the alleged beneficiary - the Adani Group - the Report clumsily recycles its own earlier claims which were debunked by the Supreme Court.

No criminal court anywhere in the world would take cognisance of this “material” as no criminality is made out.

With each passing day, it only becomes clearer to me that there is a desperate cabal operating in India and abroad aiming to destabilise Indian markets and ultimately overthrow Prime Minister @narendramodi.

I hope, for the sake of democracy and India, that our investigating agencies are alive to this very real and present danger.

The election affidavit submitted by the CM in 2023 states the property value as ₹8.33 crores, but in a recent press statement, the CM claims the property is worth ₹62 crores. 😠 Why mislead the Election Commission and lie in the affidavit?

How many farmers or middle-class people have received a huge property share in prime localities from MUDA? The answer is ZERO. 🚫 Land meant for Dalit and OBC communities has been looted by Karnataka’s biggest scamster. Looks like lessons were learned from the Vadra land scams.

*CLARIFICATION ON EMOLUMENTS TO AGNIVEER AJAY KUMAR*

Certain posts on Social Media have brought out that compensation hasn't been paid to the Next of Kin of Agniveer Ajay Kumar who lost his life in the line of duty.

It is emphasised that the Indian Army salutes the supreme sacrifice made by Agniveer Ajay Kumar.

The last rites were carried out with full Military Honours.

Of the total amount due, family of Agniveer Ajay has already been paid Rs 98.39 lakhs.

Ex - Gratia and other benefits amounting to approximately 67 lakhs, as applicable according to the provisions of the Agniveer Scheme, will be paid on Final Account Settlement shortly post due Police verification. The total amount will be Rs 1.65 Cr approximately.

It is re-emphasised that emoluments due to a fallen hero are paid expeditiously to the Next of Kin of departed soldiers, including Agniveers.
