Chasing Ajio since last 1 month but worst support from them.
I have called customer care 5-6 times, raised complaints but still no luck. My ₹2800 refund is stucked with Ajio. Complain ID-COM00041624880 and Request ID-INQ00042138902. If there is anybody here to listen to customer's voice then help. I have all the required docs with me.
Then I will delete this app. Worst online shopping experince in my life from Ajio. Their staff messed up things and now customer have to bear the losses. I have gone to their delivery partners and they have given me delivery receipts at Seller end but still same reponse each time
PATHETIC EXPERINCE WITH FLIPKART. ITS STANDARD IS DETERIORATING DAY BY DAY. AMAZON IS FAR BETTER THAN FLIPKART. FLIPKART SHOULD HAVE LEARN HOW TO COMPLETE THEIR COMMITMENTS. WORST EXPERIENCE.
