Nobody moves to one of Europe’s most expensive countries just to wait tables. Across sectors migrants earn on par with Irish staff. The stereotype doesn’t hold.

– Raise pay & conditions in care work so it’s valued properly
– Enforce equal pay for equal work
– Invest in sectors with shortages

Blaming migrants hides the real issue: underinvestment & poor labour standards.
