Summing up the month

-8 SOL ($620)

Compared to last month, I feel a huge mental difference

I was very motivated at the beginning as always, but the slow market at the start and bad luck, stress because of the situation in life, first streams, also felt some kind of pressure, a lot of negativity too, all of this played a big role

Yeah, at first I did care about the negativity around me, somehow everything kept piling up in my soul/mind and in the end it spilled out one day into a huge loss. Later the market changed for the better, I started trying to trade devs, but the improvement was insignificant, I still liked trading narratives, and then that kind of market started where it actually began working, but I was still being chased by bad luck in the end

I just felt not very good, the challenge started terribly, you could say I fixed a lot of things, but I didn’t fix this feeling inside of me, I don’t even know how to describe it, it’s like the feeling of victories just became dull, you could say that. I started going to the gym, it got a bit better, but it only works on me like some kind of temporary distraction

Right now I’m planning in this kind of market to keep trading devs a bit and continue with narratives

The result of this month is basically just a chain of circumstances and terrible mistakes because of my mentality
