NFT project owners/creators - Don’t fall victim to observing all of the wins…Analyze all of the failed projects and learn from those. For every successful project, there’s probably 20-30 failures, and out of those, there’s probably 100 that didn’t even get off of the ground.

From many conversations:

Young crypto investors don’t want to invest in anything tied to physical things. It caps upside.

Older real estate investors don’t want to invest in anything not tied to physical things. It limits downside.
