@coingecko 1. Despite having good privacy, Dash has a strong relationship with most exchanges 2. Dash has better functionality than any other money coin. 3. That privacy is destined to get better. 4. Cheaper, faster and more secure than Bitcoin. 5. Brilliant devs with tons of innovation.
@hillwalking653 @coingecko Usually those are coins with short lifespans. Dash has been building honest money for the world since early 2014. With scads of innovations, widely copied by other coins. It's better Bitcoin than Bitcoin. More secure, real privacy, much cheaper to use, faster, etc etc etc.
@TAMUPolice What else are you aware of? Is this his first incident? Is that a matter of public record? Do you sincerely think that getting sent home early is any kind of justice? I'd bet my last cheeseburger this guy is a million dollar lawsuit looking for a place to happen.
@eliz883 It was inevitable. Bitcoin gave up on being honest fair money for the world b/c..it was hard. But Dash didn't. Faster, more secure, better governance, cheaper to use, better privacy, Masternodes, Evolution/Platform, etc. Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin.
$DASH spent nearly three years in a bear market, building a slow and steady downward accumulation. A long, invisible process without hype 🤷🏻♂️exactly the kind of structure that no one looks at until it's too late. Then, in a single month, all that work is released in a vertical movement:
years of compression...one month of expansion.
The cryptocurrency Dash says, "Reports of my death are greatly exaggerated."
We've had a nice pump in the last couple months. Our features and development continue to roll on like an unstoppable tank. We jumped back to the first page of CMC. Dash IS better Bitcoin than Bitcoin.
@TheDesertLynx At the moment, it appears that (mostly) the big shakers and movers in the crypto/privacy space are being pursued by various state actors. But I anticipate that the state will increase their efforts. It's a race, and I very much hope that bulletproof decentralized privacy wins.
@TanteStefana@Dashpay@unstoppablebyhs There are so many cool things in the pipeline, it's hard to say. Did you see Bas's post about Dash vs Bitcoin at a grocery store? Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin by a mile. Maybe it's the new stablecoin function DashUSD???
@Enid878Kane@Dashpay Buy LOW, sell HIGH. Once Dash catches on, you'll kick yourself. And better yet, *use it.* Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin itself. Much faster. Much cheaper. Much easier. Better tech. Better governance. More secure. More innovation.
@Dashpay The legacy banking system works fine, until it suddenly doesn't. If you ignore all the privacy problems, and the crap returns, and all the hidden fees, and the predatory practices, and the fact that they can't or won't offer basic services to the poor, displaced, refugees, etc.
@MadPsychoDotCom Bitcoin gave up on being honest money for the world because it was hard. Dash didn't, and won't. Most transactions are less than a penny to send any amount of money to anybody in the world who has access to the internet. Transactions are locked and respendable in two seconds.
@MadPsychoDotCom Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin. Faster, much cheaper to use, more secure, a real scaling plan, effective leadership/governance, better privacy (but still optional as needed), more innovation. Dash is what Bitcoin was supposed to be--honest money for the world.
@TheDesertLynx Dash for the win. Based on Bitcoin, but 1-3 second transactions. Real privacy without having to use a third party mixer. More secure than BTC. We invented the 2nd layer solution (Masternodes). First DAO to give leadership and the ability to innovate. Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin.
@genzcash@rogerkver Now Roger, let's not forget Dash. All the advantages of Bitcoin, but none of the disadvantages. FAR faster than BTC (one or two seconds), real privacy without going to a third party, transactions (even big ones) for around a penny or less. In fact, better Bitcoin than Bitcoin.
@Dashpay This is one of the rare cases where it is actually true.....what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Dash works today...right now. Cryptocurrency that works. Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin. Bitcoin 2.0.
AND we're getting stronger by the day.
@Dashpay Bitcoin hasn't figured it out yet, they basically said, "This is hard, we give up. We're just gold now, forget that enormous important world-changing use case as honest money for the world."
But Dash never gave up. We solved it. It works today. Faster, way cheaper, more secure.
Why every Bitcoin user should consider Dash for payments!
Since 2009 when it launched the whole cryptospace, Bitcoin has retained the dominant user counts and brand recognition globally.
But since around 2016 (about two years after we showed up), it has struggled to be consistently useful for regular payments, digital cash.
While Bitcoin has embraced developmental conservatism, Dash has aggressively pursued a progressive, pro-payments roadmap. Today it stands as the single best form of digital cash: cheap, instant, secure, optionally confidential, and with an impressive repertoire of tools to use it in the real world.
Bitcoin has doubled down as a savings technology, achieved legal tender status in some countries, and recently acquired many ETFs (including from @ValkyrieFunds, which we invested in early on through @DashInvests). It has, however, struggled with the everyday payments use case.
The Lightning Network has received considerable development funding, and has achieved integrations into major exchanges. But its chief use case has been a custodian-to-custodian settlement network. Regular users, largely, aren't running Lightning nodes, and when they are paying with it, they're largely using it through custodial services like Wallet of Satoshi or Exodus.
Those two just got banned from US customers! 🚫👨⚖️
Other payment solutions, like Blockstream's Liquid network, have significant trust and custody trade-offs. Something we don't have.
Bitcoiners seeking to spend their money in a decentralized, trust-minimized way, while still enjoying a smooth, "it just works" experience, should seriously consider using Dash.
We have no custodians, no pre-loading channels, no capacity limits, no waiting on final settlement, no trust elements, and no massive fees. Just digital cash, as Satoshi intended.
Those who buy and save in Bitcoin to achieve financial sovereignty shouldn't have to deal with a complex mess of second-layers and custodians just to use their decentralized money. They can use Bitcoin as their savings account, Dash as their checking.
So how do you do this? 🤔
🔹Go to https://t.co/v7e3ySXbza and get a Dash wallet
🔹Use a @Maya_Protocol interface to swap some Bitcoin to Dash with the receiving address that of the wallet (@THORWalletDEX and @ElDoradoMRKT are great for this)
🔹Sign up for @spritzfinance here to pay all bills:
https://t.co/p1KHkfiQgJ
🔹Alternatively, sign up for @swapincom, which has greater global coverage for bills:
https://t.co/bCuQXEmDkf
🔹Sign up for @bitrefill for regular small spending
🔹Spend on regular goods and services! Maybe swap over once per month the spending budget you need
Congratulations! You're now fully living on decentralized digital cash, without having to trust a custodian!
Of course, we'd rather you just start and finish in Dash always, but we understand different people have different needs. Some people love Bitcoin and want to exclusively use it to save. That's more than okay. Your money, your way!
But no one should have to struggle to make basic payments, rebalance liquidity channels, trust collections of corporations, or fear having access to their country shut off. We can help with that.
You can have your cake and eat it too! 🎂
You can save in Bitcoin and spend in Dash.
@Dashpay Why wait? Dash works today. Instant transactions are locked in 2 seconds. A commitment and real plan to scale. In wallet privacy. Listed on Kraken, Binance, Coinbase etc. Good community. Strong Devs.
Real governance. Self funded.
Dash, better Bitcoin than Bitcoin itself.
@Dashpay Dash does money the modern way. Extremely fast transactions (transaction locked in 2 seconds), extremely cheap to use (most transactions cost much less than a penny.) and more secure than Bitcoin thanks to the feature Chainlocks, which we invented. Better Bitcoin than Bitcoin.
