i’m just concerned if they will let me in after checking my id, and seeing a different name on the ticket even though the barcode will be on my ticketmaster account. The name on my account will match my id though, just not the name on the ticket

does anyone know if there will be any issues with entering the allianz arena after getting presale tickets from a reseller? i know i will get my new barcode when they transfer my ticket, but the name on the ticket still won’t match the name on my id.

@ziamiu @viagogo i think we will only need to show our government id to confirm that it matches the name on the ticket. I think that you can change the name on the ticket if it’s transferrable but honestly i’m lost now

@jmnieava i heard, that for some reason mobile tickets are safer than the pdf ones!! u will also have it on ticketmaster, so then u will be sure that its legit

@jmnieava unfortunately, even though it’s really rare, there’s no 100% guarantee that your ticket will go through, so u should probably still try for the general sale just to be safe ://

@jmnieava also there’s 50/50 chance that your tickets are legit since they r from a reseller, but u can get your money back for sure when your ticket turns out to be a scam. I also got my ticket from viagogo but im chillin, since its rare to get scammed there, and i can get my money back

@jmnieava u can’t, u can only list those tickets on sale again, but u will be obligated to transfer the ticket to the person who will buy it (IF someone buys it), when u get the ticket from the reseller u bought it from so it’s a lot of hassle
