A multi-year long shareholder, I live in Reno, I have visited the facility multiple times, met the folks involved, met senior mgt, seen the feedstock which currently FILLS all free space on the original lot.
Very latest permitting in-process/approved (thanks @FerGarcia_7 for your post below!) The new storage lot NEXT DOOR is being built out NOW, room for 4 months supply of feedstock.
Institutional shareholding from low single digits last year to now 70-75% (per CEO). I expect higher once we see 2nd Qtr disclosures. Unheard of for a micro-cap stock.
Repeated insider buying. Three new board members from three of the largest shareholder's firms.
The technology is PROVEN over past 2+ years, that it WORKS is not in question, IT DOES. Yield Enhancement from in-house processing of fines is in process RIGHT NOW.
Monetization of non-core legacy assets, some DONE (Comstock Mining), some in process (real estate), will NON-DILUTIVELY fund 10 or more processing facilities AND in-house fines processing facilities (2x-4x).
You get very few chances in life to participate in an opportunity like this. Due diligence and homework will reward those who take action.

Hood River increased holdings from 1,833,147 to 6,284,958 shares. Actual ownership percent changed from 5.10% to "only" 8.48% due to the dilution of the offerings earlier this year.
Bottom line: penny-flipping cockroaches love to chase a penny as is evidenced yesterday and today. The big guns are amassing a giant pile of shares for the real payout.
The problem is not management, instead it is as it has always been, spineless small shareholders who have no understanding of what they are holding. Weakest of the weak hands.
Graphic of increase of institutional shareholdings-
