A multi-year long shareholder, I live in Reno, I have visited the facility multiple times, met the folks involved, met senior mgt, seen the feedstock which currently FILLS all free space on the original lot.
Very latest permitting in-process/approved (thanks @FerGarcia_7 for your post below!) The new storage lot NEXT DOOR is being built out NOW, room for 4 months supply of feedstock.
Institutional shareholding from low single digits last year to now 70-75% (per CEO). I expect higher once we see 2nd Qtr disclosures. Unheard of for a micro-cap stock.
Repeated insider buying. Three new board members from three of the largest shareholder's firms.
The technology is PROVEN over past 2+ years, that it WORKS is not in question, IT DOES. Yield Enhancement from in-house processing of fines is in process RIGHT NOW.
Monetization of non-core legacy assets, some DONE (Comstock Mining), some in process (real estate), will NON-DILUTIVELY fund 10 or more processing facilities AND in-house fines processing facilities (2x-4x).
You get very few chances in life to participate in an opportunity like this. Due diligence and homework will reward those who take action.
3) Separately, the board approved the North Lyon County Power GID for the neighboring NNIC development. The approval sets the regulatory blueprint for behind-the-meter gas generation in the corridor. A future buyer now may see the county's willingness, derisking the path

From the Lyon County Development Department's active projects report, plus yesterday's board vote. Few things worth:
1) Comstock Metals has now issued permits for its recycling storage yard and a new office building in Silver Springs, plus a 5,000 sq foot tenant improvement
2) Same town: Microsoft's data center campus in Silver Springs cleared administrative design review in April and its grading and substation plans are now in review with the county engineer. The Silver Springs data center corridor is real and it is being built
For mover a century and a half, the Comstock has represented more than a mining district - it has embodied a tradition of innovation, perseverance, and transformation. As Comstock Inc. advances from its historic role in hard rock mining to the emerging technologies and disciplines of a sustainable, renewable metals supply chain (aka "urban mining,") we do so with deep respect for our communities, investors, and the landscapes that have shaped its journey.
The stewardship of these historic mining assets now passes to Mackay, ensuring that the remarkable legacy of the Comstock Lode continues under their dedicated ownership while Comstock continues the same spirit of breakthrough innovation to recovering the critical materials that will help power this and the next generation of industry. Though the source of those materials has evolved, from the mountains of Nevada to the communities that surround us, Comstock Inc.'s commitment remains unchanged: to innovate and commercialize technologies, systems and supply chains that enable, support and sustain clean energy systems by efficiently, effectively, and expediently extracting and converting under-utilized natural resources into reusable metals, like silver, aluminum, and other critical minerals, primarily from end-of-life photovoltaics.
This sale to Mackay achieves a critical milestone in our transformation from a hard rock, junior mining company to our growing, global, renewable metals and materials company while retaining real upside through both equity in MACK and potential future NSR royalties.
This was one of the smaller catalysts on the list but an important one. Now the sequence rolls on: plant trial runs in July, the Lyon County GID ordinance vote July 2nd for the data center corridor next to SSOF, and the big one still ahead, the SSOF land monetization in 1H27
$LODE just closed the mining asset sale to Mackay Precious Metals for over $45M total. $20M cash upfront, $3.5M in stock, plus deferred and milestone payments and a 1.5% NSR royalty
https://t.co/pA2sF1TiZ8
What this really does is kill the dilution risk. With $20M cash in now plus the existing balance, the plant ramp, the metals pilot and Bioleum are funded without touching equity. Exactly what management said the mining sale would do
