@fynbuni How long have you been doing that? Cause if is less than two weeks it can be water retention or poop or both; but if you've been restricting for a month like that probably your metabolism is fucked up and you need to eat and exercise more
@dolled0parts If you eat 40-60 grams of carbs before every workout and 40-60 grams of protein after you will achieve the maximum muscle growth possible. (Also add another meal that's balanced on other moment of the day obviously)
@freudlet@lilmanbigdick The pasta alone it's max 600 cals. More than half is the sauce. I still eat pasta but half the portion with a shitty 60 cal fat free cheese sauce. 360 the plate and its not that good but not that bad either

does anybody else also stress about eating leftovers like idk if it comes from growing up poor and having a food scarcity mindset but whenever we have leftovers all i can think about is ways to incorporate them into my meals because i dont want to waste any food
@googieeyed It could be even double but 120 cals per that amount of ice cream is worth it so just believe them (it can't be of by more than 60 cals trust me)
@hiltsgasalms1 I'm bisexual but I love everything between bmi 30 and 20 they're sooo hot, I actually would hate a hypothetical girlfriend being underweight more than being obese because I feel like it would become a competition. Exactly the same with boys
