@WelfBrandolf@NOVAversePOOL@HEROsPool@GrahamsNoPlus1@Upstream_ada@wise_pool Exactly. Sad thing is that even though Cardano and IOG is encouraging pools that not to be located in major data centers and geographical locations to avoid centralization, it has no effect on number of blocks being given to those who actually do so.
We have few announcements to make:
1. SOLCY pool first block 9088227 was minted in epoch 426!
2. Thanks to partnership with private investor we have increased our pledge to 2.2 Million $ADA
3. To improve block propagation we now added 2 more relays: Miami and Amsterdam
The wait is finally over, introducing: FluidShare 🫂
The first decentralised uncollateralized Renting solution on Cardano (& beyond)
This is our best feature yet, a 🧵

@BrothershipPool@tycomster We have 2 optic cable ISPs and one wireless redundancy connection paired with enterprise network equipment. Bad actors are welcomed to try to DDoS our relays 🤣 We also have unannounced relays outside of Cyprus just in case.
@BrothershipPool@tycomster We believe that to improve decentralization Cardano need to have more public relays in different parts of the world. In Cyprus there are no more public relays so lowest TTL P2P connections from our relays are established with Germany and that is unfortunate.
While waiting for our first blocks to be assigned in the next epoch we moved the pool to a new more capable dedicated enterprise hardware: Gigabyte R282 platform, EPYC 7F72 processors, 3200 MHz ECC RAM, SSDs with power loss protection in RAID and a replication server on stand-by!
