@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok Yea for completely different reasons. It took the supreme court to make a judgement it was a big case about his religious views being protected. This one however is libs calling them out. This a big distinction between them.
@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok I have. Colorado was about religious views baker won the case, protected view. Tennessee case is purely political, views on the members assistance with ICE. The Tennessee pizza place was sued, he would win the case. Yea it’s a bad example, if you did any research
@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok Uncle Bill, go back and read my first message. I agree with you, both have the right to refuse service as a private business. I wasn’t debating that fact I was debating the comparison you used to the Colorado case.
@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok Yes, and that’s the only part of the case that’s the same. Your comparison is like apples and oranges. Not apples to apples. It doesn’t hit the way you think it is hitting.
@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok Colorodo case was about religious views of traditional marriage by not making a wedding cake for a gay couple. Libs post is about not serving national guard over political views. They are different cases. Seems like you view reps and dems as a religious group.
@unclebillyo@kismet9140@libsoftiktok Whataboutism! Wouldn’t expect anything less from simpleton like yourself! Those cases are the same from the standpoint of refusing business to a customer, underlying issues between each case makes a huge difference. I know it’s really hard to get into the nuances of each case.
@jdmterry@theMakarioz A no trespassing sign doesn’t absolve the home owner from a lawsuit even if someone walks onto their land, gets hurt, and sues the home owner
@zakariya_y99060@KingOffX_@sneako You’re still listening to the words of a demonic prophet who got mounted all night by who again? Don’t cross this line or you 2 will be mounted. Who did the demonic prophet say that to again?
@Ath3istPaladin@culture391551@ryanasanchez Fascism : a populist political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual, that is associated with a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader. Hope that helps!
