@JJWatt Having the tip amount preselected on the iPad/tablet is just wrong. A gratuity is voluntary unless stated previously that it's already included, ie. Large parties almost always have gratuity included.

@JJWatt Most counter service restaurants are pooled tips so everyone working gets a share. Also,most chain restaurants pay the bare minimum along with scheduling employees under the hours needed for paid healthcare. It's not fair that the burden is put on the consumer, and I'm a waiter.
