@AmericanAir my elderly mom is at the Dallas Airport & her flight was canceled. I found her new flight & a nice guy helped her to her new gate. The female rep at gate A14 would not help her at all. She directed her to customer service & ran to hide in the back.

@AmericanAir I don't understand how three different @AmericanAir agents at @DFWAirport can be so unhelpful and unkind. They could not be more uninterested in her as a person. What kind of culture is @AmericanAir instilling in their agents?

@AmericanAir My mom needs ticket printed for flight 2382. She went to gate 13 to her boarding pass & again agent directed her to customer service. I told her that she needed a BP printed. She directed her to cs. I asked "Can you print the BP?" She said go to cs & gave her back get phone.

@united (flight 531) I had to put my luggage 10 rows back so I'll be the last to deplane because no attendants where helping with luggage. In my last (#1689) flight announce to everyone to no do that and said they would make you remove it if you did.
