Not every task belongs to an Agent.

Sometimes doing it yourself is just faster.
Before an Agent even gets enough context to rename a label in a file you already know, you have burned time and tokens.

Know when to delegate. Know when to just do it. That’s the real skill.

Anthropic should consider merging both Claude design and Claude code into a single desktop app.

I rarely use Claude code over the web. I mostly use the desktop app or the terminal.
