@lockerroomangel Warmup sets take just a few minutes. Then max 2 sets to failure per exercise. 3 mins rest in between sets. I’m usually done within 30-40 mins unless I decide to get cardio in.
Honestly if what you’re doing is giving you results, keep doing it. Ignore the noise.
