On the Spain/Morocco matter.
• This isn’t about traffickers or a court ruling that went viral.
• It’s about who controls the only land border between Africa and the EU. Morocco decides how hard it is to reach Ceuta. Spain does not.
• 50,000 crossed in one day. 48,000 were sent back the next under a deal struck in hours. That tells me it’s not chaos. It’s a demonstration of control on Moroccos behalf showing it can turn the tap on and off.
• The real issue underneath is Western Sahara. Spain still refuses to fully recognise Moroccan control there. Morocco wants that settled before Spanish politics changes.
• The other issue is Spain and Algeria.
• Europe already pays Morocco hundreds of millions to keep the border quiet. Every time numbers spike, the money and political favours get bigger, not smaller.
• Markets barely moved. Spanish stocks hit new highs. No panic in bonds. Investors treated this as routine bargaining, not a real crisis.
• Europe’s first response was to threaten Spain’s open-border status while praising cooperation with Morocco. The country controlling the border got support. The country receiving the people got blamed.
• The timing matches annual UN decision on Western Sahara in October.
I’ll write a full article on this.
No one is bombing Israel unless it's strictly the Shia Axis of Resistance.
And even then, the axis is subdued to how confrontational it is allowed to be against Israel.
I don't know why people don't understand this.
The Arab states CANNOT bomb Israel.
There's underlying reason that dates back to 2023 as to why this is.
The 2023 deal between Iran and Saudi Arabia was not just a public relations exercise.
It was a deal to end the 50 year Iranian Shia posture.
Both sides had reached the limit of what endless proxy warfare could deliver.
Saudi Arabia could no longer absorb drone and missile hits on its oil infrastructure while trying to fund Vision 2030.
Iran could no longer sustain isolation, sanctions pressure, and the cost of arming every Shia militia from Yemen to Lebanon while its own economy and regime legitimacy eroded.
China needed uninterrupted energy flows and a quieter Gulf.
This deal locked in mutual recognition that perpetual hostility was a losing strategy for both.
What we are watching in 2026 is the enforcement of that bargain, not its collapse. Saudi Arabia’s strikes on Iranian-backed militias in Iraq are the cleanup operation, just like everything else has been.
This is not Saudi Arabia choosing Israel over Arabs. It is Saudi Arabia enforcing the agreement that Iran itself signed.
The proxies being hit are the leftover instruments of the old Iranian posture: the export of revolution, the permanent siege of the Gulf, the use of Arab territory as a launch pad against Arab states.
Those instruments no longer serve Iran’s core survival needs. Iran is allowing the pruning because the alternative is a return to open confrontation that would destroy everything in the region and hand full power back to the defense sector.
This same logic explains why no one in the region is attacking Israel right now. The old axis of resistance was a finite-game tool. It existed to bleed opponents, raise costs, and keep Iran relevant through permanent crisis.
Once Iran and Saudi Arabia moved to an infinite-game understanding; regime survival, economic continuity, regional insulation,
the utility of that tool collapsed.
Attacking Israel would re-ignite the very proxy dynamics the 2023 deal was designed to shut down. It would invite American and Israeli escalation back into the Gulf, force Saudi Arabia and the UAE into the open confrontation they just exited, and hand Iran’s hardliners the justification to reverse the rapprochement.
No player benefits from that outcome.
Iran gains nothing by reopening a front that would invite strikes on its own soil and reverse the limited sanctions relief path it needs.
Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf states gain nothing by watching the region burn when their priority is capital accumulation and domestic transformation.
The absence of attacks on Israel is therefore not surrender and not secret alignment. It is the logical result of every major player’s dominant strategy now pointing toward regional deconfliction rather than permanent externalization of conflict.
Even Trump himself refuses to involve Israel in these Iranian strikes. Because Trump represents the faction that wants peace, not war. Because that faction generates higher returns through the former, not the latter.
The hardline factions still embedded in Iraq, Yemen, and Lebanon are the ones resisting that shift.
Saudi Arabia is doing the kinetic work, along with the US, to remove them so the broader Iranian state can consolidate the pragmatic course. The expansionist remnants are being discarded so the core Iranian system can survive under the new equilibrium.
At the same time the Arab states are reducing exclusive dependence on the US. The old model where security guarantees in exchange for energy alignment and political deference, no longer match their survival requirements. American guarantees proved conditional, American attention proved finite, and American politics proved volatile.
Saudi Arabia is not choosing sides against the Arab world. It is enforcing the agreement that was supposed to end the most destructive version of Arab-Iranian conflict.
The absence of attacks on Israel is not the result of fear or secret pacts.
It is the result of every major regional player having more to lose from reopening that front than from keeping it closed.
@deathmaskr@camaradamachado O PT nunca teve maioria no congresso.
Ou qualquer outro time.
