Advice to young guys:

1. Find a solid Orthodox Church & spiritual father.

2. Focus on building a business/career that monetizes your talents/skills.

3. Learn social dynamics and how to communicate and talk to women.

4. Cut down gaming and read important religious, historical, philosophical and literary texts.

5. Limit internet time to only productive/ beneficial uses (informative podcasts etc).

6. Learn basic finance / investing - mainly Bitcoin.

7. Buy a gun and/or learn some self defense.

8. Cut out crap processed soy slop, drinks and exercise / gym.

9. Plan for family / kids / legacy now.

@ItsRobbAllen I’m happy that’s your position, but remember that that “church” is not Christianity. Be Orthodox or go to another church that it’s grounded in what The Bible teaches and the Church Fathers teach historically.

@AL_J82 It depends on what you mean by intellectual. I have been dumbfounded by how little I have been taught in Christianity by my Protestant background, and Orthodoxy has been intriguing enough to get a better understanding of my Christian faith.

Religion is a touchy subject in 2023.

I pray before I go through the curtain every week. Have since I started wrestling.

It gives me confidence and strength.

To me, I find it silly when we fight over these things. I’m a Jew, but I respect anyone and everyone’s beliefs. Whether you are Christian, Islam, atheist, agnostic,Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, etc.

We’re all on a floating rock in the middle of space just trying to get through this experience we call life.

We’re all human.
