@kwawakari All this cyclist infrastructure that cities have built has been a complete waste. Almost never see a cyclist using any of the bike lanes we have here. Should’ve just made the laws so they had to use the sidewalk/shoulder imho.

@Canaanchaos @AsOfNate I do love me a good gin and tonic! That’s me and mom’s go to drink of choice when we do occasionally have a drink together when visiting. I also love me some good craft IPAs as we have a lot of breweries in Washington state. Hefafeveizen and shandies are also excellent!

@Swinty_ Definitely think I should take a weekend away from socials, but I’m about to move so my entertainment has basically just been watching stuff and meeting new furs this last week on social media.

@BlockbusterYeen Yeah. There was too much push for “getting degrees” with no real assurance or plans for those degrees to be relevant in a decade or two. Tech especially became oversaturated. Meanwhile trades are the perfect place to go to right now because they need more people.

@kitskoonk I feel ya Kit! I’m born and raised here and it feels miserable trying to get more involved with locals. Still not as happy as I’d like to be in that regard but at this point I just try to enjoy the times I do get out with friends. Just wish I had one or two I saw often.
