@kjancku@Mardaochee Boo hoo, cry me a river bud. Y’all love to have your say on American geopolitics and events but god forbid we give our 2 cents. Clearly there are plenty French nationals, ethnic nationals at that, that are fed up with you idiots justifying acting like criminals in the streets.
@kimwillsher1 Kinda hilarious, had someone respond and immediately block me for showing sympathy to all the innocent, upstanding residents of Paris having their streets turned upside down by thugs. I’d say I’m surprised but a coward is all they are.
@Mardaochee@randomleopard2A@pierogi__ That’s my thoughts exactly. It reminds me of every riot in the last 20 years that’s taken place here in the US. Nothing but opportunistic scumbags taking advantage of the chaos to benefit only themselves at the expense of everyone else.
@pierogi__@Mob67235518@Mardaochee Rioting is not protesting, end of story. If you can’t realize that then you are lost in your own little world (bubble). Many of the rioters out here committing crimes are in fact bored or simply want to take advantage of the chaos at the expense of their neighbors.
@pierogi__@Cripto556@Mardaochee As far as targeted police brutality goes however, these riots in France didn’t originate from police brutality. They were started by agitators. Frankly it’s a ruse by those looking to create an opportunity to loot. These rioters don’t care about students or education at all.
@pierogi__@Cripto556@Mardaochee Personally no, I wouldn’t justify it. I’d still argue that protesting is the more effective measure for change historically. More has been achieved through peaceful means than violent ones. With that said I can still understand why stonewall happened.
@Mob67235518@pierogi__@Mardaochee The rioters of today are just bored, mislead, and living in their bubbles never looking outside, repeating and reinforcing the regurgitated claims by agitators without anything that backs those claims that could remotely justify this level of escalation. Ulterior motives rampant.
@Mob67235518@pierogi__@Mardaochee People looted the dead for trinkets to sell, etc. Far from being comparable to the events of today though. The governments are far more progressive and don’t justify the narrative of “rioting against a fascist” regime like so many are claiming.
