TEᵈᵉᶠᶠ is a phenomenon present in about 20% of cancer types. It can present a roadblock for immunotherapy.

The FIFA World Cup is, no doubt, the biggest global single-sport tournament, with a quarter of all countries present. But if you go by population, the numbers are interesting.

The 20 countries that took part in the 2026 Cricket T20 World Cup have a population of 2.50 billion people.

The 48 countries that are taking part in the 2026 Football World Cup have a combined population of only 2.25 billion!

The gap would be more if Bangladesh hadn't dropped out this year - the combined population of countries playing in the 2024 T20 World Cup was a whopping 2.65 billion.

Obviously India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan contribute hugely to those numbers - but countries like Italy have also chipped in - present for the cricket T20 World Cup but not football!

It's also interesting that out of the top 10 countries by population in the world, only 2 are playing the FIFA World Cup - the US and Brazil! India, China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia and Ethiopia are all missing.

Having said that, it's certainly true that football is still the biggest global sport because virtually all countries in the world will watch this World Cup! Cricket would not be watched by the vast majority of nations.

I’ve never seen a single Naseeruddin Shah movie where he disappeared into the character. Haven’t watched the Ghalib BS and the Zzzz inducing parallel cinema films. But in mainstream movies he’s been surprisingly weak. I felt like he was overacting even in Sarfarosh.

I’m Sorry… Naseeruddin Shah didn’t seem like JRD Tata even one bit… he was playing Naseeruddin Shah only in all his mannerisms, dialogues & overall delivery. Didn’t get into JRD’s skin at all.

The star was Jim Sarbh who was at least 3-4x better. Let’s celebrate his performance

Why Karnataka’s alcohol policy could become the template for the rest of the country given it is a rare case of common sense policy prevailing over decades of hypocrisy.

Karnataka is set to tax alcohol based on alcohol content and social harm rather than arbitrary categories that often penalise beer and premium brands more than stronger spirits. A system that is fairer, simpler and better aligned with public health goals.
