@fchampryan Yes - PS5 physically can’t microstutter (unless there’s a specific game glitch that happens in a unique situation, which is always reproducible).
What you felt is simply the non VRR 120Hz version, which is bugged but at least it’s known behavior.

Frame disadvantage does not always mean, "I can't hit buttons". Buttons are valid options, and frame-traps are options to beat those options.
Moreover, unsafe moves are only risky if they are punished. If they aren't, unsafe moves become safe w/ high reward.
Seems throws got adjusted which is always good. Good to have confirmation of a balance patch coming soon for all characters! I assume it will be with the first season 4 character since that makes the most sense but you never know. I could be completely wrong lol
They are pushing players towards not teching and doing another option like drive reversal when they think a throw is coming. Which is probably better risk/reward management overall.

You could nerf or remove throw loops (please) or bring back the meter gain on a tech throw. But they’re saying “you should have to spend in order to escape the throw situation” Kinda a silly change but I understand it at least.
