@publicaddress Wonder what the compare of “owned” vs “rented” kick escooter would look like. Rented get trashed and have short life b/c of the obvious lack of care reasons. I expect mine will have a much longer life.
I'm really quite likin' the audio quality of @Bandcamp streaming compared to max quality @Spotify. Not sure if it *actually* is better (maybe placebo effect?). But I'm defo currently sitting:

@Vectorltd seriously, why bother? the negative customer experience of having a site with no useful updates is worse that not having one. Or have you truly been "investigating" this fairly large outage for over 3 hours? I get that there's a big blow on, but the comms...

1. we've been investigating for 6 hours but don't know what the problem is
2. we haven't started work to fix it
3. we don't know how long it will take
How would you feel?
@Vectorltd Customer experience. People are generally understanding of problems when they have some idea of how big they are and progress is being made. This just leaves me sitting in the dark wondering what's happening behind the scenes.
@Vectorltd My main point here is not whether or not it should have been fixed by now (I'm in no position to judge) but that the communications have been very poor. When you put up a tool like this it sets an expectation that information will be provided. If you don't, that creates a bad...
