So naive, I can’t believe you don’t know the difference between charged convicted. I mean kat Williams’s has a whole thing abt it. He was charged with felony gun charges but NEVER convicted. An arrest and felony charge doesn’t mean he is convicted. Secondly the state law cannot overpower what our own constitution says. The gun charge is only a felony in states like CA and NY but will get thrown out due that all citizens have legal rights. The gun charge was only a felony because of reckless driving. Reckless driving always never holds up in court and I know this cause I beat my reckless driving while I had my concealed firearm registered to me with a concealed carry permit. Ddg did not have an illegal fireman it was registered with the right documentation. So ddg is not a convicted felon and because of that he is 100% allowed to carry a firearm regardless of CA laws because the constitution protects his right to own a gun. So therefore, unless ddg had a unregistered firearm there’s no reason for him to be charged with a felony gun charge. And the police report states the gun wasn’t unregistered but the way he had it loaded is why they charged him with a gun charge mixed in with his reckless driving. Innocent till proven guilty, that’s how America works. The same constitution that’s protects ur right to free speech always protected ddg for owning a firearm. So be greatful for the constitution to protect urself cause it protects millions of Americans like you and I.
